Look For Exclusive Interviews with the stars of The Republic - COMING SOON! THE REPUBLIC What happens to a typical America family when the government collapses and society spins out of control? How does a family stay together through bad water, food shortages, power outages, and burgeoning civil war? In September 2010 we will know more. THE REPUBLIC is a new family drama ripped from tomorrow's headlines. The first segment debuts in September 2010 on TheRepublicTV.com (date will be posted soon). Two more episodes will follow each week. Running time is 20 minutes. Marc Singer (BEASTMASTER, V) stars as Frank Alden, a beleagured dad who feels the world drop out from under. Sean Young (BLADE RUNNER, NO WAY OUT, ACE VENTURA) plays Martha Alden, a working mother who immediately grasps the sea change that threatens her family. Mary-Margaret Humes (SAVING GRACE, CRIMINAL MINDS, GHOST WHISPERER) and Larry Parrish (TEAM, MEGA SHARK, STAR TREK) are caught in the mix as events spiral out of control. Ken Penders directs.
