About the Character:
Kiki is Peter's friend, a smart kid - maybe too smart for his own good. Kiki is quick to latch onto the "good aspects" of the new Republic, such as no more school. He's a little slow to pick up on the new authoriarian regime, and suffers for it. But before long, he's skating the edge and exploring the ever-shifting legal / illegal boundaries. Whether he stays on his feet or gets crushed under the wheel remains to be seen.
