About the Character:
Captain Caine was selected for a new secret Army program because he’s loyal, tough, and clever. He can think on his feet, and adapt to changing situations, and still carry out the mission. Whether the politicos will stay on mission remains to be seen. Having made a career out of military service, Caine knows it’s only a matter of time until the chicken craps – and you don’t want to be under the chicken when it happens.

About the Actor:
John Chia-Lin Chang, a native of Taiwan, portrays United States Army recruiter Captain Caine in the “The Republic”. In addition to his acting in film, tv, & commercials, John has made numerous appearances on actor/producer Eric Sharp’s highly acclaimed "Sharpo Murder Mysteries". John described his “The Republic” experience as “an opportunity to work with a multi-talented cast and superb director Ken Penders”.
