About the Character:
Cesar Valdez has always had a foot in two countries: his homeland of El Salvador and his adopted country of the United States. He would be the first to admit he’s done well in business. But the new Freedom Acts are slanted against anyone foreign-born. Whether the impetus can be reversed – in the courts or the streets – remains to be seen. But Cesar made his way to America once and prospered. He’s not going to quit now.

About the Actor:
Marco began his acting career at the age of 10 in El Salvador appearing in a kid's TV show entitled "Fantasia". After moving to the states in the mid 80's to escape the civil war in El Salvador, Marco became active in sports in High School and eventually majored in film production and Screenwriting at CSUN. Marco has appeared in several TV shows for ABC, NBC, Asteca America, Telemundo, and feature films.
